Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE DEHYDRATED has around 200 mesh size powder that easy to rehydrates into puree or paste when added with boiling hot water or with slight heating or cooking, with plain earthy taste and odor, no sweetener and no flavoring. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE DEHYDRATED is made of Philippine origin Purple Yam Ube Tuber of Kinampay, Magnolia and Maharlika Premium Variety.
USAGE: Primarily use in food applications such asDessert, Ice Cream, Cake, Pancake, Filling and Toppings, Spread, Jam, Baking & Pastry. Just add three (3) parts of water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then heat to slight cooking while stirring for few minutes until become puree or paste. Then you can add your other ingredients.
