PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® BANANA FLOUR has natural banana taste and odor, has off white to yellowish color, and no off-taste or odor, classified as Premium & Export Quality. Our BANANA FLOUR is milled with standard size of 80 mesh.

Our BANANA is also available in CHIPS and POWDER with size of 200 mesh.

USAGE:  Has a wide range of food applications including dessert, bread, pies, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.

PROCESS: Naturlly process through selection of high quaity Banana, peeling, shreeding, oven drying, pulverzing and sifting
