PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE BEVERAGE (Dioscorea Alata) is spray dried and primarily use in beverage applications and containing very few natural ube flesh and fiber, has plain earthy taste and odor, no sweetener and no flavoring, has standard purple to deep purple color which may vary depending of maturity of Purple Yam Ube Tuber. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE BEVERAGE has around 200 mesh size powder that easy to dissolve as instant beverage when added with hot water. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE BEVERAGE is made of Philippine origin Purple Yam Ube Tuber of Kinampay, Magnolia and Maharlika Premium Variety.
USAGE: Primarily use for instant Hot & Cold Beverage including Ube Latte, Ube Juice and among others. Just add two (2) parts of hot water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then mix to disolve properly, then you can add your other ingredients including crushed ice or ice cubes for cold drinks.
