PRODUCT DESCRIPTION -  Our WHITE COPRA OVEN DRIED is hygenic and edible matured white coconut meat with brown skin that oven dried (instead of smoked, dark dirty copra), that processed under controlled conditions to preserve the good oil quality. It is primarily used as a raw material for coconut oil extraction and other coconut-derived products. Oven-dried white copra is produced by removing moisture from fresh coconut kernel using a controlled hot-air oven drying system rather than relying solely on traditional sun drying or smoke drying. Its final quality depends on the raw material, drying temperature, drying time, moisture content, sanitation, and storage conditions.

USAGES:

1. Coconut oil extraction - Primary use for expeller pressing or mechanical oil milling to produce clead crude coconut oil, which can subsequently use for clean coconut cooking oil 

2. Crude coconut oil production - Suitable as a raw material for oil mills, provided the copra meets the mill's moisture, oil content, FFA, cleanliness, and contaminant specifications.

3. Refined coconut oil for food manufacturing - Extracted clean oil can be refined for use in food processing, bakery products, confectionery, frying applications, and other food formulations.

4. Soap and oleochemical manufacturing - Coconut oil obtained from copra may be used in soap, fatty acid, and other oleochemical production, subject to the required raw-material quality.

5. Clean Copra meal and animal feed - The solid residue remaining after oil extraction can be processed into copra meal for feed applications, subject to feed safety and quality requirements.

SHELF LIFE - Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months. Product stability can be maintained up to 15 months when stored in a clean, dry environment at room temperature under proper storage conditions.
