PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  CocoWonder® COCONUT MILK CHEESE is a soft, spreadable, all-purpose cheese made from matured coconut milk. It has a rich, creamy coconut flavor with no off-taste or odor, making it Premium & Export Quality. The cheese contains lauric acid and MCT oil, and is non-dairy, vegan, cholesterol-free, with no added sugar, and non-GMO. It is naturally processed to preserve its flavor and nutritional benefits and is recommended to be refrigerated once opened to maintain freshness.

USAGE: COCONUT MILK CHEESE is ideal as a bread spread, bread topping, doughnut filling, ingredient in cakes and pastries, or as a component in desserts, among other culinary uses.
