PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX ORIGINAL FLAVOR DEHYDRATED is made from Philippine Origin Premium UBE Variety with natural purple color, has around 200 mesh size powder, containing natural fiber and has natural texture of flesh of ube where using hot water is recommended to become soft puree or paste texture.
USAGE & APPLICATIONS:
- FOODS LIKE PUREE, ICE CREAM, HALO HALO, DESSERT, CAKE, PANCAKE, FILLING, TOPPINGS, BAKING & PASTRY: Just add three (3) parts of water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then heat to slight cooking while stirring for few minutes until become puree or paste.
